Project Executive

This position is an opportunity for a qualified person to manage highly visible landmark projects. This on-site position is responsible for management and administration of the labor force, subcontractors, contracts, change orders, and working with architects, owners, general contractors and other subcontractors. Experience with light gauge metal stud framing, drywall, EIFS/plaster, and theme work is necessary. This position reports directly to the president and is supported by our experienced corporate staff. Project Managers

Several positions for quality people experienced with field operations and project management of large commercial construction projects in Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, Harrison, Arkansas, and Omaha, Nebraska offices. Applicants should have experience working with estimates, projections and budgets; understand contract management and administration; and be proficient with computers and related technology tools for managing construction. Midwest Drywall believes our employees deserve access to benefit packages that are as good, and in most cases, better than those provided by our competitors and those provided in other industries.

These basic benefits include:

  • Profit Sharing

Full-time employees are eligible for a share of annual discretionary profit-sharing contribution upon completion of eligibility requirements (basically 12 months employment with an entry date of January 1 each year).

  • 401(k) Plan

Full-time employees are eligible for participation in the company-sponsored 401(k) plan upon completion of eligibility requirement (basically 6 months employment with entry date of January 1 and July 1 of each year). Eligible employees may defer 1%-15% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. The company may make discretionary matching contributions and has committed to match 100% of each dollar contributed not to exceed and amount equaling 4% of the employee's compensation for the calendar year.

Employees under a collective bargaining agreement that provides pension benefits are not eligible to participate in this plan.

  • Health Insurance

Full-time employees have access to health insurance benefits subject to normal eligibility requirements. Midwest Drywall Co., Inc. pays a substantial portion of the premium and the employee portion is paid through pre-tax payroll deduction. This insurance provides for $100/$200 deductible, office visit co-payment benefits and an Rx (two level) card. This is a preferred provider type of plan, not an HMO type plan.

Employees under a collective bargaining agreement may not be eligible for this coverage as other health and welfare benefits are provided.

  • Dental Insurance

Full-time employees who have enrolled in the company provided health insurance plan have access to dental insurance benefits subject to eligibility requirements. Midwest Drywall Co., Inc. pays a substantial portion of the premium and the employee portion is paid through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Employees under a collective bargaining agreement may not be eligible for this coverage as other health and welfare benefits are provided.

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Full-time employees may defer up to $4,000 annually through pre-tax payroll deductions to the health care flexible spending account. The employee then uses the deferred pre-tax dollars to reimburse themselves for eligible medical expenses incurred (deductibles, co-insurance, orthodontics, vision, etc.).   • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Full-time employees may defer up to $5,000 annually through pre-tax payroll deductions to the dependent care flexible spending account.
